Duplication Duplication is the process of burning data to a blank CD, DVD or Blu-Ray. We take professional quality blank media, burn and verify your data to ensure maximum compatibility and reliabilty, then finish the process by applying a photo quality glossy print direct to the disc surface. We can produce from a single unit upwards - no run is too small! For larger runs of 500 or more it becomes more costly and efficient to use the replication process. The normal production time for duplication is 3 - 5 days but we will work with you and arrange delivery according to your schedule. Replication Replication is the large scale factory process of manufacturing a CD, DVD or Blu-Ray. Your master will be used to create a glass master, which will in turn be used to create a nickel stamper, which is then used to lay your data to the disc as it is being made. Replication is suitable for larger quantities (500+) and gives the highest quality finish and reliabilty. The normal production time for replication is 10-14 working days but we will work with you and arrange delivery according to your schedule.
