Please quote the (last 5 digits of your order number) stating clearly any discrepancies in your order or any delivery breakages and we will contact you with a returns number.

There are many reasons why items ordered may need to be returned to Wholesale-Media, the most common reasons are covered within the following paragraphs. Any other instances that may not be covered below, will be subject to negotiaitions between Wholesale-Media and the customer in question.

The customer has received incorrect Items from Wholesale-Media. (e.g. not the items that were ordered)
In this instance, Wholesale-Media will take full responsibilty and will collect the incorrect items from an address specified by the customer, replacements will be shipped the same day. Wholesale-Media will cover the cost of both the collection and the re-delivery of the replacements.

The customer has ordered the wrong goods from Wholesale-Media
In this instance, Wholesale-Media cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by the customer when ordering items through our website. The goods received must be sent back at the customers own expense. Original shipping costs incurred by Wholesale-Media will be incurred. Replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned items. The customer will be liable to cover any cost incurred for the re-shipping of replacement goods. The customer will also be liable for any broken / lost / stolen items when in transit back to Wholesale-Media.

The customer ordered the goods but no longer need or require them
- In this instance, Wholesale-Media.com will take back the goods but will charge a 15% re-stocking fee
The customer will be reqiured to return the goods and supply credit card details for the above re-stocking fee.

BreakagesWholesale-Media reserve the right to certain stipulations regarding products being returned:
i) All items must be returned in a re-sellable condition. Any items returned that are found to be damaged in any way, cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances
ii) Wholesale-Media can only accept the return of unused / unopened items. Any items returned that have been used, opened or tampered with in any way cannot be replaced or refunded.

Breakages
We will not replace damages for international shipments (we will only refund the cost of the damages)

Wholesale-Media will attempt to refund or replace any items delivered damaged, subject to the following terms:

All Items Received Must Be Checked Upon Delivery

If you suspect breakages within your shipment, you MUST sign for the delivery as Damaged.
- If you DO NOT sign for the delivery as damaged, and breakages are discovered upon closer inspection, you MUST report the exact amount of damages to us before the end of business on the day that the delivery takes place.
PLEASE NOTE: Any broken items reported after the day of delivery CANNOT be replaced or refunded.
- If you DO sign for the delivery as damaged, you MUST report the exact amount of damages to us within 5 days from the date that the delivery took place.
PLEASE NOTE: Any broken items reported after 5 days from receipt CANNOT be replaced or refunded.

Photographs Of Broken Items May Be Required

Wholesale-Media will only replace or refund broken items delivered if the above conditions have been adhered to.

Faulty media must be sent back to us (after a returns number has been allocated via telephone) to the address above to enable us to do a full test on the media.

If this media is found to be faulty (and not incompatible with your equipment) a full refund (or replacement) including shipping charges will be given.

If alleged faulty media is returned to us, and is found to be in good working order, then a charge of £10 plus return shipping charges will be applied.

Customers have 21 days from receiving goods to report any faulty media purchased. Incompatibility problems (in particular dvd-r & +r) should be returned to us in its original packaging and in good condition. Only the un-opened media returned will be replaced. Re-Shipping charges will be incurred. Customers have 21 days from receiving goods to report any incompatibility problems with any media purchased.

BURNING CD BUSINESS CARDS
When burning CD business cards be sure to place the card correctly in the drive. Be sure the card is perfectly flat and without imperfections. CD business cards should be “burned” in CD-R writers (do not use in DVD writers)
